NCARMA is an independent, employee-driven national audit and live report, documenting the legality, procedural fairness and personal impact of NHS consultation and restructure processes. It has been created in the public interest by a Clinical Audit professional in direct response to employee rights violations at their Trust. It is not affiliated with any NHS organisation.
The aim is to expose unethical practices, breaches of employment law, and misuse of “fire and rehire” tactics across the NHS, holding employers to account and collating evidence to support legal action. During one of the largest systemic restructures in NHS history, we are demanding transparency, accountability, and reform.
All submissions are verified by email, then automatically anonymised. No personal or IP data is stored.
Are you going through a consultation? Your voice matters - you can contribute your experience to the NCARMA audit here. Retrospective submissions are welcomed- historical insight is as valuable as current data. Responses are anonymised and no personal data is stored. Your submission will help to protect the rights of NHS staff UK-wide.
View the NCARMA live results dashboard here. Statistics are presented as percentage compliance with key metrics aligning with ACAS, UK law and Government guidelines. The data is publicly available and may be freely used to support appeals, grievances, union action, or employment tribunals.
